After moving from his home in Nassau, Bahamas, owner Demetrius Ferguson dreamed of sharing the music, culture, food and drink of the islands with Halifax. And with that dream, Palm Tree Kitchen was born.
Palm Tree Kitchen is located on historic Quinpool Road, in the former location of The Other Bean – a local staple for sandwiches and drinks. Palm Tree Kitchen has kept some of the communities’ favourite sandwiches on our menu to pay homage to the iconic food that was served here before us.
Our merch will consist of small collections released sporadically. The very first drop includes The Surfing Flamingo cotton t-shirt.
Our service operates on a first-come, first-served basis. No reservations needed.
